We made dinner tonight. Instead of going out, we decided to cook together. It was a great idea.
Salad: Baby greens, Heirloom tomatoes, and avocado with balsamic syrup drizzled on it. Baked Goat cheese covered in nuts was on the side.
Couscous: with dried blueberries, apricots and cranberries, with a golden balsamic and blood orange infused olive oil dressing(some basil and mustard and cumin)
Sauteed Shitake and Oyster mushrooms with some chopped garlic.
Sweet and Sour Pearled Onions with Heirloom tomatoes, cranberries and basil and a bit of golden balsamic.
Artichoke (with mayo of course)
Roasted Salmon in Butter and Olive oil
hmmm getting hungry just writing it all down again. Everything was delicous and ate more than I should have. 🙂
