215 miles

It was DAMN HOT here this weekend… DAMN HOT!!!!

So when a friend wanted to go motorcycle riding I figured that we would make a short early morning ride out of it. Well we went out to the coast where it was beautiful… Just stunning. and cold. no really it was cold. So we tried to go to Monterey and got stoped by too much traffic south of Santa Cruz, so we turned around grabbed lunch and headed home. So very nice along the coast. Hwy 92 was packed with cars but was moving at an ok pace. The WALL of HEAT when we got back to 280 was insane. It was such a contrast. Painfully hot in my gear and what not I drove as fast as possible back to my parents home to cool off.

Notes to self: We need either a softer seat or a tougher butt. Bring a button up shirt and sandles so you can walk into a reasurant and not look like an idiot in your riding boot shorts and a wife beater.

About MotoCynic

I started riding motorcycles in 2006, and there is no going back. I've ridden more than 100,000 miles, most of it on a Ducati Monster, and despite setbacks and murderous BMW's I'm loving every mile.
